Being a guy who suffers from excessive sweat,i know very well how embarrassing and annoying it is.No matter you're at a social party or a professional meeting/seminar,if you keep on sweating all the time without  even working physically at all,i tell you it feels like living in hell whereas actually you're in heaven.This particular malady not only irritates but also affects one's self esteem & generates a feeling of indifference.Sometimes i do consider myself unlucky as i feel like only i have those terrible sweating glands in my system which produce liters of sweat everyday.But am sure some of you guys also have the same problem with you.Haven't you?

So let's now know about this briefly and workout together in order to get over this devil.As i feel the science of sweating glands,scientific procedures of why and how sweat forms and all those are not required for us,let's go right to the point.

While sweating during exercise or hot weather is normal, 
some people experience intense 
sweating for other reasons, including shyness or habits 
such as eating hot foods. Excessive sweating can be 
embarrassing and lead to problems with self-esteem. 
For women who wear makeup regularly, facial sweating 
can be an annoyance.

Step 1

Identify things that make you sweat and try to avoid them. According to Mother Nature, caffeine, spicy foods and alcohol can all increase the production of sweat. Hot drinks will also cause you to sweat, especially in hot climates. You might also sweat when you're under stress or feeling embarrassed. Anticipate these situations so you can deal with them. For example, take a few minutes for deep-breathing exercises or step away from the situation so you can calm down.

Step 2(food related)


Another way to reduce excessive sweating on face is by avoiding alcohol and caffeine. If you love alcoholic beverages, you may already have noticed that you sweat more when you drink. This is because alcohol can swell the blood vessels in your body. And when these blood vessels are dilated, the body temperature will increase. That will now activate more sweating. Therefore, avoiding alcoholic beverages will lead to reduced heavy sweating.
On the other hand, caffeine is a nervous system stimulant which can cause an increase in the body's metabolism. The temperature of the body is increased whenever the metabolism of the body is amplified. This is how heightened sweating happens. Therefore, excessive sweating is reduced if you will avoid caffeine.



Step 3(food related)

Reduce the amount of your daily salt intake.Eat a lot of calcium-rich food. calcium as are the
other essential nutrients keep the body healthy and makes you sweat less.Don't have much garlics and onions.

Step 4

Wash your face with cold tap water or fill a bowl with water and a few ice cubes. Splash your 
face repeatedly and allow to air dry or pat gently with a towel. Or, take a cold shower, as this will cool down your whole body and also reduce sweating. According to Ayushveda, cold water closes pores, reducing sweating.

Step 5

Drink cold water, dress in loose-fitting cotton clothing and avoid the sun as much as possible. When indoors, keep the room cool and well ventilated. If you feel your body's temperature raising, wash your face and neck with cold water to cool down.
